Problem Note 46782: Links on elements within a SAS® Strategy Management portlet open in the current window even when the link target is set to "New Window"
In SAS Strategy Management, you select Project ► Manage Links and set the Link target to New Window. You then set the metric attribute properties for an element to this link. If you select this element:metric attribute cell within a SAS Strategy Management portlet in the SAS Information Delivery Portal, the link opens in the same window.
