Problem Note 46751: The import system incorrectly creates a child scorecard if input data is presented a certain way
If you create a Scorecard hierarchy via the import system, the system might incorrectly create a child scorecard if the input data is presented in a certain way.
For example, you have a Scorecard hierarchy input file as shown below:
The first row specifies a root Scorecard A and a child Scorecard AA
The second row specifies a another root Scorecard B with no child Scorecard
This will cause the Scorecard B to have a child Scorecard AA as well as the Scorecard A .
