Problem Note 46708: Vertical is scrolling always needed when portlets are located above the SAS® Strategy Management portlet

If you log on to the SAS® Information Delivery Portal page and portlets are placed above the SAS Strategy Management portlet, the screen's focus might be on the SAS Strategy Management portlet and not at the top of the page. In addition, you cannot scroll up.
