Problem Note 46686: The SAS® Financial Management Java API does not update target members in a form set

If new dimension members are added to the target dimension of an existing SAS Financial Management form set, the SAS Financial Management Java API reset and publish methods might not update the list of form set target members to include the new dimension members.
