The issue is caused by a missing rollback element in the uninstall.xml file.
Solution
To solve the problem, do the following:
- Close the SAS® Deployment Wizard.
- Browse to SASHOME\InstallMisc (for example: C:\Program Files\SAS\InstallMisc\).
- Rename uninstall.xml to uninstall.xml.old.
- Rerun the SAS Deployment Wizard.
This issue is fixed in SAS® 9.3.
