Problem Note 46599: "ERROR: The requested table is too large to process" when loss data have many classification levels in SAS® OpRisk VaR
If the SAS OpRisk VaR loss data have many classification levels, the processing might stop, and the following message appears in the user interface:
No Frequency Draws matrix could be created for VaR calculations.
In the SAS log, the following error and note appear:
ERROR: The requested table is too large to process.
NOTE: The SAS System stopped processing this step because of errors.
This error occurs because of inefficiencies in how the classifications are handled.
