Problem Note 46401: SAS® Enterprise Case Management might not save dates and other information if you are using WebSphere Application Server
If you are running the SAS Enterprise Case Management Web application in WebSphere Application Server, dates and other information that you enter might not be saved.
There are no error, warning, or note messages indicating that a problem occurred, so you might not be aware that the information that you entered was not saved.
To fix this problem, disable "servlet request and response pooling" in the WebSphere Application Server instance that is running the SAS Enterprise Case Management Web application.
Example using the administration console for WebSphere Application Server versions 6 or 7: click Application Servers, and then click SASServer8 (or the name of the server that is running SAS Enterprise Case Management). Click Web Container. On the Web Container page, check the box that says Disable servlet request and response pooling. Save your change, and then restart the application server.
