Problem Note 46370: Share models might over forecast
When using share models in SAS® Regular Price Optimization and SAS® Promotion Optimization, you might notice over forecasting. The over forecasting occurs when both of the following conditions are met:
- misc_adj_type = 2
- EXCLUDE_NP_FROM_SHARE = 0
There is no workaround for this issue.
