Problem Note 46259: SAS® Digital Marketing might fail to update the SAS® Customer Intelligence Response and Contact History when broadcast properties are amended
SAS Digital Marketing might fail to update the SAS Customer Intelligence Response and Contact History tables held in the Common Data Model. The problem occurs when the properties of a SAS Marketing Automation-related broadcast are amended and the campaign is re-executed. Examples of these properties include the Header properties From, SMTP Mail From, and Reply To. Amending these properties and re-executing the campaign results in the AUDITID field becoming corrupted. This corruption prevents further updates of the reply information in the Common Data Model for the affected broadcasts.
There are no errors or warnings to indicate a problem.
To work around this issue, do not change the broadcast properties.
