Problem Note 46254: Invalid numbers with separators might create wrong values
In SAS® Enterprise GRC, a change in using ICU4J libraries for "providing Unicode and Globalization support for software applications" results in less strict number value parsing. As a result, incorrectly placed group separators are ignored, and technically invalid numbers can be entered. The incorrect numbers are displayed in the Web application, and you can edit them.
Here are examples:
English locale 12,34 is accepted and incorrectly converted to 1,234.00
French locale 28.61 is accepted and incorrectly converted to 2.861,00
To work around the problem, re-edit the number and correct it.
