Problem Note 46244: COMMUNICATION_SK in table CI_COMMUNICATION is overwritten when scheduling a campaign with 999 occurrences in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
When you schedule a campaign with 999 occurrences in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, COMMUNICATION_SK in table CI_COMMUNICATION is overwritten during the publishing process.
Here are before and after examples:
BEFORE
AFTER
As shown in the example, executing the last occurrence of the campaign causes tCOMMUNICATION_SK to be overwritten with OCCURRENCE_NO = 1001 of CAMPAIGN_SK 1519.
As a workaround, select Save as from the File menu and then reschedule the campaign. Alternatively, do not schedule with more than 998 occurrences for a given campaign.
