Problem Note 46228: Drill-down functionality in Java graph output does not work correctly when quotation marks are used as part of the drill-down value
Drill-down functionality in Java based graph output does not work correctly when quotation marks are used in the value for the drill-down variable. This occurs when creating drill-down graphs for the Web using DEVICE=JAVA in a GOPTIONS statement.
When drilling down on the graph, the drill-down target value is either incorrectly truncated, or, instead of drilling down to the correct target report or graph, a duplicate copy of the current graph is displayed.
This problem can occur when the value of the HTML drill-down variable contains quotation marks, such as in the following example:
drillvar="http://your.web.server/MVSDS/'your.pdse.html(member)'";
There is currently no circumvention for this problem other than to create your graphics output with a device driver other than the JAVA driver.
