Problem Note 46133: User-specified, global, maximum loss value ignored when using a proxy scenario
In SAS® OpRisk VaR, unless a user-specified maximum loss value is applied directly to an individual cell, it is ignored when using a proxy scenario for that cell. In this case, even the default maximum possible loss, which is set in the VaR Calculation Criteria Options window, is ignored. The maximum possible loss is limited to the observed maximum loss value.
There are no warnings or error messages. There is no workaround.
