When you reconfigure a SAS Web application, an error can occur during the Load Content stage when the SAS Content Server is currently configured to use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). You are trying to access the SAS Content Server on an HTTPS port, but the URL shows http instead of https, as shown in this example:
http://xxx.>em>xxx.xxx.xxx:8443/SASContentServer/repository/default/sasdav
The error that occurs is similar to the following:
updateContent:
[echo] user: sasadm@saspw
[echo] contentLocation: /install/mbt_sf93mid/SASHome/SASFlexApplicationThemes/3.2/Config/Deployment/Content
[echo] targetUrl: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8443/SASContentServer/repository/default/sasdav

To resolve this issue, change the port for SAS Content Server to an HTTP port, if possible, and retry the step. After the reconfiguration is complete, you can reset the SAS Content Server back to an HTTPS port.
Note: If you cannot change the port, contact SAS Technical Support.
