Problem Note 45841: "Blocked markdown period rule violated." Plan Status Message

When reviewing Plan Status Messages for manual plans in SAS® High-Performance Markdown Optimization, the following warning message might be seen for plans that have status 'Evaluated with warning':
Blocked markdown period rule violated.
You might also notice that your manual plan schedule is not honored. This issue occurs when there is no price change in the last week of a manual plan.
There is no workaround for this issue.
