Problem Note 45628: Teradata FastExport with Teradata Parallel Transporter might cause errors when the character set is not Latin
When you use a character set other than Latin with SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Teradata and Teradata FastExport using Teradata Parallel Transporter (TPT), an error message similar to the following might occur:
ERROR: ERROR: Commit: MTDP: EM_CHARNAME(227): invalid character set name specified.

When a default character set of Latin is not used, Export(FastExport) Teradata Parallel Transporter needs to initialize the character set.
