Problem Note 45468: WHERE constraints on SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server® tables are ignored when using record-level connection to the server

When you use a record-level connection to a SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server® (that is, you specify LOCKING=YES on the LIBNAME statement for a table), WHERE constraints are ignored during query processing.
