Problem Note 45413: Poor pack recommendations might be encountered

Poor pack recommendations might be encountered when using SAS® Pack Optimization.
This issue might occur when single-unit bulk packs are included in a purchase order plan, resulting in unexpected pack recommendations. This issue occurs since the heuristic does not consider handling costs when making pack recommendations.
There is no workaround for this issue.
