Problem Note 45400: Send to e-mail recipient might not work in SAS® Enterprise Guide®

An error similar to the following might be generated when using the Send To E-mail Recipient feature:
Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client.
The reason for the error is that the Send To Email-Recipient feature in SAS Enterprise Guide is not supported when using the x64 bit version of Microsoft Outlook.
There is currently no fix or workaround for this issue.
