Problem Note 45367: Time dimension is not drillable in a SAS® Financial Management Web data entry form

Users might not be able to drill-down through the time hierarchy in a SAS® Financial Management Web data entry form. This issue might occur if the Time dimension includes leaf descendants of a parent Time member.
For example, assume you have the following Time hierarchy.
All years
Year 2011
1stquarter2011
January2011
A form template was created and published with the Time dimension on the columns. Member selection rules specify to include member Year 2011 and its leaf descendants, thus excluding 1stquarer2011.
When you open the Web data entry form, the Year 2011 might not be displayed and only the leaf descendants appears in the form.
