Data might be missing from PROC REPORT output in non-Listing ODS destinations when the PAGE option is specified.
Some rows of data might be omitted from all panels except the first when the PAGE option is specified in a DEFINE statement with PROC REPORT. The problem only affects ODS markup (HTML, PDF, RTF) destinations.
There is currently no circumvention for this problem.
