Problem Note 45120: "Release flags" errors might occur when you import Stata 12 files

When importing Stata 12 files using the DBMS=DTA engine, you might receive the following error: 
For Stata, Release flags of 103 to 114 are supported.  You had -> 115
Requested Input File Is Invalid
ERROR: Import unsuccessful.  See SAS Log for details.

The problem occurs because the DTA engine does not support this type of file.
