Problem Note 45041: SAS® Digital Marketing does not increment the ID number when you add entries to an existing category in the Reply Manager
The Reply Manager in SAS Digital Marketing has individual categories for different types of replies. However, when an existing category is updated to include a new rule, the ID number associated with the new rule is not incremented correctly.
To work around this problem, enter new rules one at a time. Exit the Reply Manager after each update.
