Problem Note 45751: SAS® Digital Marketing continues to check for responses to broadcasts after the maximum number of days set in the CIModelPeriod is exceeded
SAS Digital Marketing enables you to limit the number of days that it checks for responses to a broadcast after the broadcast is sent. These responses are used to update the Response History table held in the SAS® Customer Intelligence common data model. This limit is set using the Advanced Server Property, CIModelPeriod. However, SAS Digital Marketing continues to check for responses to a broadcast until the broadcast is deleted, even after the CIModelPeriod has been exceeded.
If you do not want to delete older broadcasts but do not want them to be continually checked for responses, there is a workaround. Move the broadcast_moniker.xml files from the ..\SASDigitalMarkeing\5.*\Broadcasts folder and its subfolders to another location.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
After you apply the hot fix, the application will check for responses for a default setting of 30 days, unless you change this value.
