Problem Note 45650: Error during import of data from a CSV file in SASĀ® Warranty Analysis
In SAS Warranty Analysis, the import might fail. This issue is likely to occur if you click OK while the screen is refreshing (retrieving descriptions from a lookup table) during an import of data from a CSV file.. The screen refresh typically occurs following a click of the Import button. The following message might appear in a dialog box:
SAS Warranty Analysis has encountered a problem. Please contact your system administrator.
To work around this issue, wait until the screen finishes refreshing before clicking OK.
