Problem Note 45500: Table generated by Report Writing Interface contains empty cells
The DATA Step Report Writing Interface is still considered preproduction in SAS® 9.3. When the ROW_SPAN attribute is used with the last column in a table, empty cells might appear to the right of the table.
Currently, there is no work-around for this problem, but the problem is corrected in SAS release 9.4 TS1M0.
