Problem Note 45463: SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio does not reflect the execution status of a campaign group in the campaign group window
When SAS® Marketing Automation executes a campaign group, the execution status should be displayed in the SAS Customer Intelligence Studio campaign group window. However, this window shows neither an "execution complete" message nor an error message. The only indication of a change in status is that the cursor in the campaign group window changes from an hourglass to an arrow.
To work around this problem, check the SASMarketingAutomation5.x.log file. This log contains entries that indicate success or failure of the execution after you have executed a campaign group.
