Problem Note 45457: Index names are truncated to 8 characters with SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server®
If you use PROC SQL to connect to
SAS®
Scalable Performance Data Server®
and you use a SELECT statement to select an index whose name
is longer than 8 characters,
the name of the index is truncated to 8 characters.
This behavior is incorrect.
Select the Hot Fix tab in this Note to access the latest maintenance release for the version of SAS Scalable Data Server that you are currently running.
