Usage Note 45449: "Repository ******** is not Registered" error in the SAS® Metadata Server log is caused by migrated SAS® BI Dashboard content
When moving SAS BI Dashboard content from one server to another, the SAS Metadata Server log contains the following messages for each item that was moved:
2012-01-19T11:38:06,253 INFO [02450772] - GetMetadata return code=807fe8c4....
2012-01-19T11:38:06,253 ERROR [02450772] - Repository ******** is not registered.
These messages occur because the previous system's repository information is not automatically updated in the BI Dashboard content. To eliminate these message for all BI Dashboard objects except dashboards, open the objects in BI Dashboard, and then save them again. For dashboards, the repository reference is not updated, and so the errors continue to appear. Regardless of these errors, the dashboards function without problems.
