Usage Note 45445: How to determine which plan file was used during a configuration of SASĀ® software for the Windows operating system
During a planned deployment, a plan.xml file is used to determine which products to install and configure on the system. During a planned deployment of SAS® 9.1.3, SAS® 9.2, and SAS® 9.3 software, a copy of the plan file used during the deployment is placed on the system in the SAS configuration folder. You might need to retrieve a copy of this file at some point.
For a SAS 9.1.3 deployment, a copy of the plan file is placed here:
\SAS\config\Lev1\Utilities labeled plan.xml.
For SAS 9.2 and SAS 9.3 deployments, a copy of the plan file is placed here: \SAS\config\Lev1\Utilities labeled plan.date.xml
