Problem Note 45420: Disaggregated quantity might be zero for a delivery
When using SAS® Pack Optimization, the disaggregated quantity might display a value of zero for a delivery.
This issue occurs when the following conditions are met:
-
There are multiple deliveries on the same date in a purchase order plan.
-
Some stores in the plan are in more than one delivery.
-
One of the stores in the plan is also in a different delivery, and it is the only store in that delivery.
-
The one-store delivery has a sequence number that is larger than the multiple store deliveries.
The disaggregated quantity for the one-store delivery will be zero.
The workaround for this issue is to set the sequence number to 1 for the one-store delivery.
