In the SAS Enterprise GRC Web application, Recovery Amounts are incorrectly included on the Allocations page of an Incident. They are incorrectly included in both the Monetary Breakdown table and the Allocations table.
The problem occurs in either of these situations.
- Recovery Type is "Unspecified"
- Recovery Amounts with a Recovery Status of "Near Miss" or "Estimate"
There are no error, warning, or note messages indicating that a problem occurred.
There is no workaround to the problem.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
After applying the hot fix, a new configuration option can be added in the configdata.properties file: monitor.recovery.totalsUseBookedAmounts.
By default, the value is set to "false". If you set the value to "true", then Recovery Amounts are not included on the Allocations page of an Incident in either of the above situations.
