When creating a promotion in SAS^® Promotion Optimization, you might notice that there is no layout displayed. This issue might be encountered after performing the steps outlined below:

1. Create a Calendar with all scope.
2. Create a vehicle group with a partial product scope.
3. Create a vehicle that has the same partial product scope as the vehicle group in #2 and add a layout to the vehicle.
4. Create a promotion that has the same partial product scope as the vehicle group in #2.
5. In the details view, select to add a vehicle. Note that the vehicle group created in #2 is displayed with the vehicle but there is no layout object displayed.

This is incorrect and the promotion cannot be approved since a promotion can only be approved to leaf nodes, but the user is not able to select the leaf node.

There is no workaround for this issue.
