Usage Note 45296: The folder view is not available due to the following error: Cannot access the type definitions when logging into SAS® Management Console

If your user identity does not have the ReadMetadata permission granted on the /System/Types folder in the SAS® Metadata Repository, you will receive the following error when you log into SAS® Management Console and the Folders tab will not be visible.
The folder view is not available due to the following error:
Cannot access the type definitions. Check the repository operation and connections,
and verify that you or your group have ReadMetadata permission for the type definitions.
Please contact your administrator.
The Folders tab requires access to the content stored within the /System/Types folder. To prevent this error and make the Folders tab available, you must grant ReadMetadata to /System/Types for your users.

Insufficient authorizations on the /System/Types folder in metadata results in an error when you log into SAS® Management Console
