Prior to SAS® 9.3, the XML Mapper allowed you to install the most current version of the XML Mapper available. Beginning with the XML Mapper in SAS 9.3, this is no longer valid.

In order to use the SAS 9.3 version of the XML Mapper, you should also have SAS 9.3 installed. Using an XMLMap file generated with the XML Mapper in SAS 9.3 will generate errors if used with an earlier release of SAS. The errors occur because the XMLMap version generated with the SAS 9.3 XML Mapper can only be 2.1, which cannot be processed by releases of SAS prior to SAS 9.3.

* For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be fixed.

The SAS® 9.3 version of the XML Mapper will only work with SAS® 9.3.
