Problem Note 45261: Publishing to the Common Data Model triggers the error "Variable Consolidation_Flag has been defined as both character and numeric"

The SAS® Stored Process Server writes the following error to its log when you migrate from SAS® Marketing Automation 5.1 to 5.3 or 5.4, and then publish to the Common Data Model:
ERROR: Variable Consolidation_Flag has been defined as both character and numeric.
This problem happens because the User-Defined Fields in the Common Data Model extension table have data type character in 5.1, but have data type binary numeric in newer versions.
To work around this problem, manually correct the data types for User-Defined Fields in the CI_CAMPAIGN_EXT table in your Common Data Model database.
