Installation Note 45220: Invoking the SAS® Download Manager on incorrect host architecture results in Java syntax error

Download Manager that you use was created for a specific operating
environment.
If you invoke the SAS Download Manager in an operating environment other than the one
for which it was created, Java errors similar to the
following occur:

To avoid this problem, confirm that the version of the SAS Download
Manager that you are using matches your specific host architecture.
