When running calibration in SAS® Promotion Optimization or SAS® Regular Price Optimization, you might notice that the job never completes. A floating point number causes an infinite loop, which results in calibration not completing. This issue has only been observed in AIX environments where the model specification MODEL_TYPE_CD is set to AUTO_WINTERS. There are no errors in the log indicating that the process has failed.
There is no workaround for this issue.
See Problem Note 45705 for a fix for this issue.
