Problem Note 44497: Promotion plan is not being optimized/evaluated during weekly job

When using SAS® Promotion Optimization, you might notice that during the weekly optimization job some promotion plans do not optimize/evaluate when they should. This issue occurs for any plan where the application current date is the same as the plan start date.
There is no workaround for this issue.
