Problem Note 44480: Process nodes might be missing from SAS® Customer Intelligence campaigns and diagrams that are imported from another environment
You can move SAS Customer Intelligence campaigns and diagrams from one environment to another environment using the SAS® Management Console export/import (.spk) functionality. For example, you can use this functionality to promote a campaign from a testing environment to a production environment. However, process nodes that are in the original campaign or diagram might be missing from the promoted campaign or diagram.
SAS Customer Intelligence Studio returns the following error when you open a promoted campaign or diagram whose process nodes have been incorrectly removed during promotion:
The following problems were found while loading this diagram.
State: The output node for the State node no longer exists.
When this error occurs, recreate the process node in the promoted campaign or diagram.
