Problem Note 44479: Closing SAS® Information Delivery Portal forces Microsoft Excel to close if SAS Financial Management report launched from Document Manager on Citrix
If you open a SAS Financial Management report from the Document Manager, closing out of the SAS Information Delivery Portal might force Microsoft Excel to close. This has been reported only if you access Microsoft Excel from a Citrix server. This has not been observed for stand-alone Microsoft Excel clients. As such, it appears to be a Citrix issue.
This note will be updated if we learn of a Citrix fix or a workaround for the problem.
