Problem Note 44467: Application returns zero forecasts

Forecasting might incorrectly return zero forecasts in SAS® Regular Price Optimization or SAS® Promotion Optimization when the modeling location hierarchy contains different levels than the standard location hierarchy.
There is no workaround for this issue.
