Problem Note 44465: ERROR: Ambiguous reference, column parent_geo_hier_sk is in more than one table.

When running forecasting (di_odf_sales_forecast) in SAS® Regular Price Optimization or SAS® Promotion Optimization, you might encounter the following error in the di_util_gp_filter_bottom_up macro:
ERROR: Ambiguous reference, column parent_geo_hier_sk is in more than one table.
ERROR: Ambiguous reference, column parent_prod_hier_sk is in more than one
table.
ERROR: Ambiguous reference, column parent_geo_hier_sk is in more than one table.
ERROR: Ambiguous reference, column parent_prod_hier_sk is in more than one
table.
NOTE: The SAS System stopped processing this step because of errors.
This error is encountered when the global settings PROMO_PROD_LVL and PROMO_GEO_LVL are not set at the lowest hierarchy level.
There is no workaround for this issue.
