An error might be encountered in SAS^® Pack Optimization when you are optimizing a purchase order plan. An error message similar to the following can be found in the log:

Error: An order constraint was specified for product XXX in delivery 12345 but there are no packs with this product available in this delivery.

This error occurs when all of the following conditions are true:

• There are multiple deliveries in a plan;
• Order Threshold (%) is specified on the plan;
• There are products existing in one delivery, but not in another delivery.

To work around this issue, do not use Order Threshold (%) when you have a product in one delivery but not in another.
