Problem Note 44370: Hierarchical import file does not filter by location correctly

In SAS® Pack Optimization, you might notice that a hierarchical import file does not filter by location correctly. For example, if there are 61 stores that should be filtered to 3 stores, 64 stores will be displayed even though there are only 61 stores.
The workaround is to use a flat import XML file.
