Problem Note 44311: A profile lookup in SAS® Pack Optimization might generate the message “ERROR: ROLLBACK issued due to errors for data set DI_T_DBC.PROFILE_LOOKUP_STAT

In SAS Pack Optimization, performing a profile lookup might fail, generating errors similar to the following in the log:
ERROR: ERROR: ERROR: ORACLE execute error: ORA-00001: unique constraint (DI_DM.SYS_C0015565) violated.
ERROR: ROLLBACK issued due to errors for data set DI_T_DBC.PROFILE_LOOKUP_STAT.DATA.
There error occurs when both of the following conditions are met:
- The UPDATE_PROFILE_LOOKUP_STAT specification in the GLOBAL_SETTING table is set to 1 (update the PROFILE_LOOKUP_STAT table).
- There are to multiple requests return the same profile ID at the same time.
The profile ID from the first request is appended to the PROFILE_LOOKUP_STATS table successfully, but the others fail because of the unique constraint-violated (DI_DM.SYS_C0015565) condition.
