The Alert Generation Server configuration for SAS® Fraud Management 3.2 is missing the workspace server configuration
Alert Generation Server Configuration for SAS® Fraud Management 3.2 is missing the workspace server configuration after the installation and configuration of the SAS® Fraud Management 3.2 M0 and M1 release. The workspace server configuration is not configured in a manner that will allow normal operation.
The code to update the workspace server script for the Alert Generation Server userid needs to be manually updated.
The workaround is required only if the SAS application server is not on the same server as the SAS® Metadata Server.
Workaround solution for existing installations:
1. Locate the WorkspaceServer/WorkspaceServer.sh script being used by your Alert Generation Server.
2. Modify the script by adding the following line after
"$CONFIGDIR/WorkspaceServer_usermods.sh"
if [ "$LOGNAME" = "enter AGS ID" ]
then
export SAS_COMMAND=$SASROOT/sas
fi
