Problem Note 44274: Price endings not enabled by default in create plan UI

You might notice in SAS® High-Performance Markdown Optimization, that when creating a plan for a product-location scope that has a price ending rule defined in the pricing rules hierarchies (using the Pricing Rules view), the price ending rule is not enabled by default on the Optimization price endings screen of the Create Active Plan dialog. To workaround this issue, click the check box "Round down to nearest ending value" which will enable the price ending rule.
In addition, you might notice that if a price ending rule is defined in the Pricing Rules view as do not "Allow to be modified when creating plans" (check box unchecked), that the check box "Round down to nearest ending value" on the Optimization price endings screen of the Create Active Plan dialog is enabled when it should not be. The user should not be able to change the check box state. There is no workaround for this issue.
