Problem Note 44098: Online optimization nonresponsive in SASĀ® High-Performance Markdown Optimization
When attempting to run an online optimization in SAS® High-Performance Markdown Optimization, you might notice the system becomes nonresponsive. This issue might occur when a previous online optimization request has triggered an error similar to the following in the TKMI (grid) server log:
ERROR: Assertion failed: mdo_plan_params.table_size > 0, file /sas/wky/mva-m1tkmi43/di/src/mdo_service.c, line 467
Mdo_Plan not found for mdo_plan_sk=104811
Once the TKMI server hits this error, all future online optimization requests will become nonresponsive. The TKMI server must be restarted in order to clear the error condition and allow other online optimization requests to process.
There is no work-around for this issue. The TKMI server must be restarted.
