Problem Note 44052: Response time is slow for Workflow list query

When you use workflow queries for any of the following products, the response time might be slow:

  • SAS® Enterprise Miner™
  • SAS® Enterprise Case Management
  • SAS® Enterprise GRC

The problem occurs because of slow performance in the Workflow component of SAS® Web Infrastructure Platform. Any solution that uses Workflow worklists might have this problem.

In general, there is no work around for this problem. If you are using SAS Enterprise Case Management, a workaround is to avoid using Workflow queries.
